The fjord is the very lifeblood of Rosendal. With a boat from the cabins you can fish, swim and explore the fjord from the water, or paddle a kayak along the calm shoreline. The fjord, river and small lakes offer excellent fishing all year round.
Travel on the scenic Hardangerfjord Express — an express passenger boat from Bergen straight to Rosendal. By car it is around 88 km from Bergen airport through some of the country’s most beautiful scenery, with ferries and tunnels along the way.
